Yeah, that’s too bad. That should not happen. You are wrong about why some of the Iraqi’s do not like Americans. I seriously doubt that most American soldiers are acting like that.

Also high on the list of things upsetting:
Building a 104 acre US embassy (six times the size of the UN) in Baghdad while employing no Iraqis in its construction, and before restoring electrical production to the level under Saddam. They would prefer infrastructure that supports their lives, rather than those that make clear that the occupation is envisioned to be permanent.
Having to fight the US Coalition Provisional Authority for the right to vote by Sistani’s threat of a Fatwa, and then having to read about the US “giving” this right to them.

I have not seen much in the way of this. This isn’t the attitude of the US troops.
