The utter ignorance astounds me.

  1. Thanks for posting this, Dan. An interesting watch, for sure. I had no idea that I lived “right across the STREET” from Russia while living in Alaska. That’s cool. I’m sure the interviewers were biased against Palin, as am I. I would like to have seen some of the intelligent responses they got, as I know all Republicans aren’t dumb. At any rate, it got me thinking; Palin is coming to Utah on Dec. 6th, I believe. Perhaps I should do a mini-documentary of that. Would be fun.

Hard to imagine voting for someone, having NO IDEA what their foreign policy is. I do, however, think the video is, unfortunately, representative of the average American voter, going to the polls, doing their patriotic, civic duty while having no clue about who their voting for, just that some talking head told them to do it.

  2. From the daily Kos “It’s hard not to feel bad for these folks after they took time off work to meet their hero, but when your hero is a failed vice presidential candidate and former governor of Alaska who resigned halfway through her first term in office, you shouldn’t really be surprised when she ditches you in the cold for something better.”

This in reference to her ditching her fans at a book signing.
