Bush’s Tax Cuts Did NOT Spur Economic Growth

Don’t anyone delude themselves. The Bush tax cuts did NOT spur economic growth and in fact, based on the previous 50 years, retarded economic growth, even if you remove the actual economic collapse at the end of Bush’s terms.

  1. It wasn’t because the tax cuts didn’t work. It was because government spending was so high. Here’s a table for you. It shows how federal spending and GDP growth have an inverse relationship.

  2. actually that graph does not seem to cover the aughts. That would be Bush’s years. Try again.
